Join us for a relaxing family-style picnic at Shepherd Lake in Ringwood State Park.

The spring-fed waters of the 74-acre Shepherd Lake offer excellent recreational opportunities, as well as providing a stunning backdrop for picnics and a barbecue. The area also offers a playground, boating, fishing and access to a network of trails suitable for hiking, mountain biking and other activities.

BYO food, drinks, gear, games, sunblock, bug spray, and trash bags to take your trash with you.

NOTE: THERE IS NO SWIMMING ALLOWED IN THE LAKE

Extended family members are welcome.

NOTE: There are no drop-offs for this event. Parents/Family members must accompany and attend to their own children at all times during this event.
