Note on Guests: Due to limited space, we will have a cap on attendance for this event. Registration is open only for enrolled children, their immediate family members (parents and siblings) and a maximum of 2 additional guests per family. Note on Classes: There will be no regular classes held on this day. Drop-offs are not allowed for this event. Family members must accompany and attend to their own children at all times.

Join us for a relaxing family-style picnic at Shepherd Lake in Ringwood State Park.

The spring-fed waters of the 74-acre Shepherd Lake offer excellent recreational opportunities, as well as providing a stunning backdrop for picnics and a barbecue. The area also offers a playground, boating, fishing and access to a network of trails suitable for hiking, mountain biking and other activities.

BYO food, drinks, gear, games, sunblock, bug spray, and trash bags to take your trash with you.

NOTE: THERE IS NO SWIMMING ALLOWED IN THE LAKE

Join us to break fast inside the masjid and enjoy an evening of Ramadan suhba with our Muslim homeschooling community.

Bundle up for an afternoon of winter fun at American Dream’s BIG SNOW where we will enjoy hours of snow tubing and play in the nation’s only indoor snow dome!

The Snow Play area will be open for ages 3-10.

Snow Tubing will be open for ages 3-99!

The price includes snow gear but it is BYO shoes and gloves!

All participants for snow tubing and snow play must pay the full price listed in advance.

If adults or children prefer to spectate from the side lines and not participate, the fee is $10 and can be paid direct to the venue upon arrival.

After registration is complete, participants must sign their waivers and retrieve their digital tickets from the venue using the code sent in the trip email.

Get ready to lace up, laugh, and glide your way through an active afternoon with co-op friends and family at Branch Brook Park Roller Skating Center in Newark, NJ.

Whether your child is a confident skater or they’re wobbling along the wall for the first time ever, this trip is designed for whole family fun.

Our group will enjoy two full hours of skate time with a light lunch (slice of pizza and a drink). All participants aged 2-99 are allowed to skate! 4-wheel skate rental is included in the price! BYO inlines if you have them. Children under 2 years old enter free but cannot skate.

Online registration with payments must be submitted no later than Wednesday, November, 2026 by 10PM. Drop-in participation is not allowed.

THIS PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE TO CURRENTLY ENROLLED CO-OP FAMILIES ONLY.

Join us while we explore the beautiful bond between art and nature at the Storm King Art Center in New York.

Our trip will include a family-style tour of the 500-acre outdoors museum where children can discover a variety of sculptures and interactive exhibits under the open sky.

Children can bring along their personal cameras and/or journals with pencils to try their hand at sketching the exhibits and landscape.

When : Monday, October 20, 2025, 11am-2:30pm

Where: Storm King Art Center, 1 Museum Road, New Windsor, NY

Cost: $20 per adult; $5 per child aged 5-17; Children 4 and under are free. (paid through either Zelle or Venmo)

Notes:

• Save for a major weather event, this will be a rain or shine trip. Please make sure that you and your children are dressed for the day’s weather.

• This is an all outdoors, walking museum tour. Please wear comfortable walking shoes. Babies and/or very young children who cannot walk long distances should either be carried or brought in strollers.

• Only exhibits labeled for touching can be touched. All other exhibits/sculptures are view-only. Please ensure your children are not touching, climbing, or playing on the sculptures unless the exhibit explicity invites them to do so.

• All attendees should pack a lunch and water that can be easily carried and eaten during our group lunch time at the picnic area.

• Arrival of all registered attendees is required in order to begin our scheduled tour. Please arrive on time so that our group is not delayed and does not lose our scheduled time slot.

Join us for an active afternoon of cooperative team building and skills challenges at the New Milford YMCA!

Team Makers NJ is taking over our group to lead them through group activities that encourage problem solving, cooperation, and leadership.

Children will be split into groups upon arrival to rotate through age appropriate and engaging games in the areas of Science, Engineering, Team Challenges, and Skills Building.

Please pack your own lunch, snack, and water bottle for each child.
